Phoenixville Public Library will host a decoupage class for adults on Thursday, Sept. 7, at 6:45 PM. Craft instructor Laura Grablutz will lead participants in making a decoupaged vase/candle holder. No painting or artistic skills needed! If you have some favorite tissue paper, bring it along, or pick from a selection that will be available at the workshop. Phoenixville Public Library will host the AARP Smart Driver 8-Hour Class over two days, Thursday, Sept. 7, and Friday, Sept. 8, from 12:45 p.m. to 4:45 p.m. each day. The course offers participants an opportunity to learn how to drive more efficiently and safely. The course contains up-to-date information about changes in ourselves, our vehicles and our roads.
